this doesn't always work, i got it to work with a 2.2gb game just earlier but not with anything bigger, YMMV. once you have the network location in tinfoil you can browse shop network location and select game you want on pc and copy with L, back to dir listing and into ftp entry and paste. im so sick of these threads poping up every single week. configure ftp/sftp/http/nut whatever server on PC side. Edit: upon rereading, the answer is actually no since bobs cdnsp hasn't worked in ages. This FTP client is available on Windows, Mac OS and Linux.
